Code of Ethics

Our Code of Ethics is based on basic principles
Integrity:
- It is expected that our staff is straightforward and honest in all professional and business relationships.
- A professional accountant shall not knowingly be associated with reports, communication or other information where the accountant believes that the information contains a materially false or misleading statement, contains statements or information provided carelessly, or omits or obscures required information where such omission or obscurity would be misleading for the users.
Professional Competence and Due Care:
- Our team member shall attain and maintain professional knowledge and skills at the level required to ensure that a client or partner company receives competent professional service, based on current technical and professional standards and relevant legislation.
- Our team member shall act in accordance with the requirements of an assignment, carefully, thoroughly and on a timely basis with applicable technical and professional standards.
- When appropriate, our team member shall make clients , or other users of the professional services or activities, aware of the limitations inherent in the services or activities.
Objectivity:
- Each member of our team shall comply with the principle of objectivity, which requires him/her not to compromise professional or business judgment because of bias, conflict of interest or improper influence of other stakeholders.
- Our team member shall not undertake a professional engagement if a circumstance or relationship improperly influences his/her professional judgment regarding the engagement.
Professional Behavior:
- Our team member shall comply with the principle of professional behavior, which requires him/her to comply with relevant laws and regulations and avoid any conduct that he/she knows or should know might discredit the profession or Company.
- Our team member shall not knowingly engage in any activity that includes the conduct for which a reasonable and informed third party would be likely to conclude adversely affects the good reputation of the profession or of the Company.
- When undertaking marketing activities, our team member shall not bring the profession or a Company into disrepute. A team member shall be honest and truthful and shall not make exaggerated claims for the services offered by, or the qualifications or his/her experience or disparaging references or unsubstantiated comparisons to the work of other professionals.
Confidentiality
- Our team member shall respect the confidentiality of information acquired as a result of professional and business engagements.
- Our team member shall maintain confidentiality of information disclosed by a prospective client or potential partner organization.
- Our team member shall not disclose confidential information acquired as a result of professional and business relationships outside the firm without proper and specific authority, unless there is a legal or professional duty or right to disclose such information.
- Our team member shall not use confidential information acquired as a result of professional and business relationships for the personal advantage or for the advantage of a third party, and shall not use acquired information after professional or business relationship has ended.
Anti-Corruption and Social responsibility:
- We are against corruption and neither we make bribes nor accept them, nor induce or permit any other party to make or receive bribes on our behalf. We support efforts to prevent and fight corruption and financial crimes.
- We do not approve illegal or unethical behaviour by our partners, suppliers, and clients.
- We contribute to society and communities by engaging with non-profit organizations, and other businesses to make a positive impact in the society and community.
- We support our communities in a variety of ways, such as donations, providing pro bono services and supporting the volunteering of our team members.
